Ingredients
Scale
Cold Foam
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar syrup
- ½ teaspoon cookie butter extract
Cold Brew Coffee
- 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee
- ice
- crushed Biscoff cookies (optional)
Instructions
- Make the cold foam: Add the heavy cream, whole milk, brown sugar syrup, and cookie butter extract to a small glass or jar. Froth vigorously using a milk frother or whisk until the mixture is frothy and smooth. Set aside.
- Prepare the cold brew: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then pour in the cold brew coffee and stir in the brown sugar syrup to combine the flavors well.
- Assemble the drink: Gently top the cold brew with the prepared cold foam. If desired, sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top for added texture and flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream and whole milk with coconut cream or almond milk and use a plant-based brown sugar syrup.
- If you don’t have cookie butter extract, you can use a small amount of cookie butter spread blended into the foam mixture.
- Brown sugar syrup can be made at home by dissolving equal parts brown sugar and hot water.
- Ensure the cold brew coffee is well chilled before preparation for the best refreshing experience.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar syrup according to taste.
